Your free trial is valid for 14 days from activation. No payment is required to start. Your AI assistant will be live and fully functional during this period.
2. Conversion
If you choose to convert to a paid plan after the trial, you will be charged a one-time setup fee as specified for your chosen plan (Essential: $0 / Growth: $199 / Scale: $299). Your first monthly subscription fee will be charged at the end of your first billing cycle.
3. Trial Expiry
At the end of the 14-day trial, your AI assistant will be paused automatically. You will receive reminder emails at 3 days and 1 day before expiry. You can convert at any time during or after the trial.
4. Call Recording
All calls handled by your AI assistant are recorded for quality and training purposes. your AI system will notify callers of this at the start of each call as required by applicable law.
5. Data & Privacy
ZeroCallix stores call transcripts, caller information, and booking data on your behalf. You agree to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of ZeroCallix complies with applicable recording consent laws in your state.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use ZeroCallix to mislead callers, conduct illegal activities, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. ZeroCallix reserves the right to terminate any trial that violates these terms.

The service is provided "as is." ZeroCallix makes no guarantees about uptime, call quality, or AI accuracy, though we strive to provide the best possible experience.
